I would give more stars if I could. A very lovely room, and above all spacious! The beds are incredibly comfortable and guarantee a restful sleep. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is plentiful, with something for everyone! The hotel is beautifully decorated in a maritime style and carries just the right North Sea coast flair! Happy to return!

We had our first couples holiday in years and decided it should be Wilhelmshaven. After a long hotel search we chose the Tauwerk and do not regret that decision one bit! The room was beautiful and thanks to the huge breakfast buffet my husband and I must have put on a good 3 kilos. We can only recommend the Tauwerk and will gladly come back.

At our muesli and cereal bar you can put together your breakfast exactly to your taste, complemented by yoghurt, fine jams and organic honey from a small apiary.
When selecting our products, we place great value on regional sourcing, freshness and quality.

Our breakfast is not reserved for hotel guests alone: external guests are also warmly welcome and can have breakfast with us for a small surcharge.
